Spray foam inspections & reports
Inspection and documentation before any removal decision.
Sometimes the right next step is an honest inspection and a written summary — not immediate removal. We provide practical evidence and documentation that can help buyers, surveyors and lenders understand the situation.

When to request an inspection
An inspection may be the right first step if…
- A buyer's surveyor has raised concerns but you're not sure removal is needed
- You're remortgaging and the lender wants more information
- You don't know what type of foam was used (open cell vs closed cell)
- You want a documented condition record before deciding
- A previous removal job didn't include proper documentation
- You're a landlord assessing a portfolio property
What we check
A practical, written record.
- Foam type identification where possible (open cell / closed cell)
- Coverage area and application method
- Visible roof timber condition where access allows
- Ventilation paths and obvious signs of trapped moisture
- Hatch, access and safe working considerations
- Photo record of all findings
A note on outcomes
We can provide practical evidence and documentation. Final acceptance always sits with the relevant lender, surveyor or third party — we won't guarantee a decision on their behalf.
If removal isn't required, we'll say so. If it is, we'll explain why and quote it clearly.

Send photos first, if it's easier.
A wide shot from the hatch and a close-up of the foam is usually enough for us to give a first opinion.
